Emmeline Hill

CSO

Professor Emmeline Hill was a co-founder of Equinome Ltd. and leads the Zinto R&D team. She has been at the forefront of Thoroughbred performance genomics during the last two decades and is a Professor in Equine Genomics at University College Dublin.

Donal Ryan

CEO

Donal is responsible for the company’s strategy, commercial growth and focus on bioinformatics, analytics and contract research in animal genomics. He was co-founder and CEO at its inception as Equinome in 2009.

Deirdre Hayes

CFO/COO

Deirdre leads finance and operations at Zinto, drawing on 20 years in technology. She oversees financial strategy, governance and the operations behind Zinto’s genomics services.

Beatrice McGivney

Researcher

Dr. Beatrice A. McGivney is a bioinformatics analyst and genomics researcher who has made significant scientific contributions to the global horse racing industry. She is widely recognized for her pioneering work in equine genetics, particularly regarding the performance, health, and inbreeding trends of Thoroughbred racehorses.

Han Haige

Researcher

Dr Haige Han holds a PhD in Equine Genomics from University College Dublin and is a member of the Zinto R&D team. She has over a decade of experience in equine and animal genetics and genomics, with a strong track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications.

Ciaran MacAnBhaird

Head of Engineering

Engineering leader with 12+ years’ experience delivering production systems across financial services and early-stage companies. Ciarán works closely with stakeholders to define priorities, scope projects, and ensure consistent execution from idea through to production.

Robyn Murray

Sales and Operations Lead

Robyn is graduate of Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Trinity. Robyn leads client relationships and commercial delivery at Zinto, matching breeders and owners with the right genomic solutions.

Fiona Goor

Southern Hemisphere Sales

Fiona leads Zinto’s sales across the Southern Hemisphere. She works with breeders, owners and industry bodies to bring genomic testing into their breeding and selection decisions.
